Why Are All Sales Final?

We aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible, including any flaws such as fading, pulls, stains, or wear. Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing, so we provide exact measurements to help guide your choice.

Color accuracy

Please note that the color of items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. We do our best to photograph each piece in natural light and represent colors as accurately as possible. However, lighting conditions, camera settings, and individual screen displays can affect how colors appear.

Slight color variation is not considered a valid reason for return, as this is a common and unavoidable part of online shopping, especially with vintage items.

In Case of an Issue

If you believe an item was significantly misrepresented (e.g., major damage not shown in the listing), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • A brief description of the problem

We will evaluate the case and may offer a resolution such as store credit, partial refund, or full refund—only if the item was clearly misrepresented.
